Indoor Puppy Training & Socialisation

Service Description

Held at the Welsh Equation Centre, situated between Johnstown, Carmarthen and Llansteffan. Taught in an indoor sand school by dog training instructor, Emily Morgans-Hicks. Puppy class for baby puppies or puppies under 6 months at the time of the course, depending on breed and ability. Not suitable for dogs who bark and lunge at other dogs, please get in touch if you are unsure if this class would suit your puppy. Included is access to the Online Portal including video tutorials and training guides. Course covers basic training and manners as well as help with any additional problems such as house training and puppy biting. Here are a few things that you should bring to class; •Water & bowl •Flat collar or harness •Lead (no extendable/flexi leads) - I have training leads available to buy at £15.99. •Poo bags •Treats (real meats cut into small pieces work best, bring LOADS & don't feed your dog their meal just before attending) •Treat bag (can be very helpful) •Motivational toy I stock a small selection of treats, training leads, collars, harnesses and KONG toys, so please let me know if you need anything. 4 WEEK COURSE of 6 dogs taught by Emily Morgans-Hicks. Emily is an experienced dog handler who has worked with dogs all her life in training, breeding and boarding facilities as well as working border collies with livestock. At home she has four dogs of her own, Pepper a Working Border Collie, Loki a Collie X Lab, Shuri a Working Lab and Nebula, a Working English Springer Spaniel. In Pepper's younger days they worked cattle and competed in Flyball competitions together, Emily now trains Shuri and Nebs as working Gundog's. By day, Emily is a school teacher, specialising in helping children with special needs.
